What we will and will not do with member and customer information:
We may use information to enroll and provide employees with benefits and services.
We may use this information to create and maintain a business relationship with customers.
This information may only be shared with entities directly affiliated with CCNNE for the express purpose of legitimate business necessity. This information will not be traded or sold.
Compliance with Law
We may disclose Member Information to law enforcement agencies, or may be required to disclose it during the discovery process in litigation, pursuant to a court order, or in compliance.
Privacy Protection Policy Communication
This Policy will be communicated to all employees and posted on the employee bulletin board at all CCNNE locations. It will be posted on the Coca-Cola Bottling Company of Northern New England, Inc. website, www.ccnne.com.
